This award winning, industry leader in luxury residential homes is currently looking to appoint an Scheduler to the business. Their projects are absolutely stunning and vary from $500k-$5m, all of which are custom. This is a rare opportunity to work with a brilliant business who will welcome you with open arms from day one.

This role is an integral part of their team and you will work cohesively with their experience team members. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator from custom building or someone from a background working on double storey builds looking to step into the luxury space.

Key Requirements:

- Strong proven experience estimating experience with a residential builder specialising in custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes is preferred.
- Experience pricing high-end single and double-storey homes and/or townhouse developments will also be considered.
- Experience using estimating software.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to improving systems and processes
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
