This private owned tier 2 commercial builder has been longstanding within the WA market. With a focus on establishing key relationships, a high level of service and a reputation for delivering on time and on budget, they continue to pave the way in project delivery.

Focusing on the commercial, industrial, agricultural and resource sectors, they specialise in warehouses, offices, bulk storage, workshops, distribution & Industrial facilities with projects ranging up to $70m.

They are now seeking a commercially minded Project Engineer to join their Pre-Construction team. The role will be responsible for managing procurement packages from initial review through to subcontract award across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, manufacturing & logistics projects. This is an office based role.

Key Requirements:

- Hold a construction related degree or relevant qualification (not essential).
- 5+ years' experience within construction working on local commercial and industrial projects.
- Exposure to subcontract procurement, contract administration and commercial management processes.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be highly competent on systems.
- Exposure to mechanical, electrical, fire, refrigeration or hydraulic services
- Solid communication skills when dealing with clients.
- Site based project engineering experience will be highly desirable.
