We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team on a full time, 12 month parental leave contract, based at our Coolangatta office with versatile working arrangements.
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving paid digital acquisition, engagement and campaign performance across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead digital marketing performance across a broad mix of channels, campaigns and audiences. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll combine
strategy, creativity and data driven decision making to deliver meaningful results. With a strong focus on paid digital advertising, alongside SEO, GEO, customer journeys, automation and campaign optimisation – the role plays a key part in growing engagement, generating leads and enhancing our digital presence.
What you’ll do
• Lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO and emerging GEO channels.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate campaign briefs into effective digital marketing solutions that support business objectives.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
• Oversee and execute campaign setup, conversion tracking, CRM integrations and marketing automation journeys with key stakeholders to support lead generation and customer
engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and identify opportunities to improve outcomes through testing, optimisation and continuous refinement.
• Provide regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations that drive growth, efficiency and ROI.
• Work closely with campaign managers, internal design and external partners to brief and coordinate campaign creative, ensuring activity is aligned to campaign objectives and optimised for performance.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform changes and emerging technologies, including AI powered search.
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across paid social, PPC and digital advertising channels.
• Experience with SEO and GEO will be beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance, identify trends and provide data driven recommendations.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics, reporting, conversion tracking and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, customer journey optimisation and CRM platforms.
• Experience using Zoho CRM or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective digital marketing solutions.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• A growth mindset with a proactive approach to testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem solving skills,
attention to detail and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in an agency environment, or an in house role supporting multiple stakeholders and business functions, will be highly regarded.
• A collaborative approach combined with the confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
Qualifications & Checks
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications will be highly regarded.
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
• Valid Australian working rights.
