Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for healthcare? We're looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team across Darwin Private Hospital and the Palmerston Health Precinct.

? Full-Time 12-month fixed term | Monday to Friday | Shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm

? Based across Darwin Private Hospital & Palmerston Health Precinct

? Rotating role between front reception and phone-based shifts (6 weeks reception + 2 week phone)

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and general admin tasks
- Handle incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries and bookings
- Coordinate referrals and liaise with medical professionals
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth daily operations
