Eye Laser Specialists is a leading surgical practice based in Armadale -Melbourne. We provide laser vision correction and cataract surgery to improve our clients vision and lifestyle. Our passion is working together to help our patients whilst they enjoy the best possible patient experience. We are looking for a positive and reliable individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills who is able to work as part of a team.
The position involves:
- welcoming patients to our practice
- answering telephone enquiries
- making appointments
- billings
- simple eye scans - full in house training provided
- surgical bookings
- pre and post laser vision correction patient counselling
- Able to work a minimum of Four days a week plus one Saturday a month.
About you
- Previous experience in Ophthalmology is advantage but NOT necessary
- High attention to detail
- Excellent computer and word processing skills
- Good vocabulary with excellent spelling and grammar
- Positive communication skills
- Drivers License
