You focus on writing loans. We focus on helping keep your pipeline full.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of residential lending opportunities from initial enquiry through to settlement.

You’ll:

- Convert qualified inbound leads and referrals
- Understand each client’s property and financial goals
- Assess borrowing capacity and servicing
- Structure the right lending solution
- Compare lender policies, pricing and credit appetite
- Manage applications through approval and settlement
- Negotiate with lenders and BDMs




- Keep clients and referral partners updated
- Maintain a disciplined, active pipeline
- Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business

You'll work across home purchases, investment properties, refinancing, first-home buyers, construction, equity release and debt consolidation. And if you already have your own book or referral network?

Who we want:

We want a broker who can sell, structure and close.

You’re hungry. Commercial. Responsive. Great with clients. And you get satisfaction from getting difficult deals across the line.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- 1–2+ years' experience in mortgage broking, residential lending or loan writing
- Strong residential lending and credit knowledge
- Experience managing loans from enquiry through to settlement
- Relevant mortgage broking qualifications
- Strong lender and BDM relationships
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Strong CRM and compliance discipline
- Eligibility for relevant aggregator and lender accreditations
