We are offering the successful applicant a very attractive pay structure depending on experience between $80,000 to $100,000 per year plus Super

Aquasports Marine is seeking a full-time Outboard Fitter to join our team in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Perth's largest Marine Dealership's.

Aquasports Marine is a Fully Certified Mercury, Mercruiser and Yamaha dealership, with some of Australia’s leading boat brands with Quintrex, Bar Crusher, Polycraft and Haines Hunter Boats.

What you'll be doing

- Fitting new Mercury and Yamaha Outboard engines and rigging to new and used boats
- Installation of Electronics and boating Accessories
- Performing new and used boat fit ups including wiring and 12v electrical systems
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work completed
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective workshop operations

What we're looking for

- Previous Mechanical experience or Trade Qualified as on the job training will be provided
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of marine engines, outboards, and associated boat systems will be an advantage.




- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service and technical advice
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Passion for the marine industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
