Role & responsibilities

- Plan, design, and supervise the development of mines
- Develop and implement safe and productive mining methods
- Conduct geological and geotechnical studies to assess the viability of mining sites
- Analyze production data to identify trends and optimize mining operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient use of resources and equipment
- Prepare project budgets and schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
