MLOps / AI Platform Engineer

Location: Sydney

We are seeking an experienced MLOps / AI Platform Engineer to build and operate scalable ML and GenAI platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement ML model deployment and CI/CD/CT pipelines.
- Build scalable AI platforms using Docker, Kubernetes and GPU-enabled environments.
- Implement model monitoring, observability, alerting and performance optimisation.
- Establish data, feature management, lineage and model governance practices.
- Operationalise GenAI, LLM, RAG and Agentic AI solutions.
- Support frameworks such as Vertex AI, MLflow, Kubeflow, LangChain and LangGraph.
- Work with AI, data, operations and business teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Key Requirements:





- Strong experience in MLOps / AI Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and/or MLflow/Kubeflow.
- Solid Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure or AWS.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and cloud infrastructure automation.
- Experience supporting ML/GenAI production workloads.
- Desirable: BigQuery, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph and Agentic AI.
