Job Title: MLOps Lead
Location: Sydney, Australia – Hybrid
Experience: 10–20 years
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage production-ready ML, GenAI and LLM platforms.
- Build CI/CD and continuous-training pipelines for machine-learning models.
- Automate model testing, validation, deployment, monitoring and rollback.
- Deploy scalable AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Operationalise RAG and Agentic AI applications with solid governance.
- Lead incident resolution and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Vertex AI, MLflow and Kubeflow
- GCP, Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Jenkins, GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD
- Terraform, Python and SQL
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Spark and Airflow
