Physiotherapist – Mobile / Community (NDIS & Aged Care)
Western & North-Western Melbourne
About Power Physio
Power Physio is a mobile physiotherapy service delivering high-quality, person-centred care to NDIS participants and Support at Home recipients across Melbourne. We work primarily in home, community, gym, and hydrotherapy settings, with a strong focus on meaningful outcomes, clinical autonomy, and sustainable workloads. We're a small and growing business, and we're intentional about how we scale. That means supporting our physios properly, keeping caseloads realistic, and removing unnecessary admin and meetings so you can focus on what actually matters - clinical delivery and client relationships.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
We're building a workplace where physios are trusted, supported, and able to do their best work without unnecessary pressure or noise.
- Strong focus on wellbeing, balance, and long-term sustainability
- High level of autonomy with no office requirement, no unnecessary meetings, and no time-wasting activities
- One-on-one support from the director, with access to guidance from other experienced physiotherapists in the business
- Low admin workload, with the majority of admin tasks handled so you can focus on clinical delivery
- $1,000 annual personal development allowance, plus internal mentoring and shared learning opportunities
- Competitive commission available once reasonable and achievable KPIs are met
- Phone, merch, home equipment and hydrotherapy kit provided
- Travel bonus and allowances to support mobile work. Tolls, parking and hydro entry covered.
- Predominantly one-on-one NDIS clients, with some aged care clients
- Be part of a small, growing business where your contribution is seen, valued, and genuinely makes a difference
About the Role
This is a mobile physiotherapy role servicing clients primarily across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs (Werribee, Caroline Springs, Greenvale, Essendon etc). You'll work with a predominantly NDIS caseload, alongside some aged care clients, providing one-on-one physiotherapy in community settings (home visits, local pools and parks). The role suits a physiotherapist who values autonomy, flexibility, and relationship-based care, and who prefers working in the community rather than a traditional clinic environment.
There is no requirement to attend an office, and your schedule is structured to prioritise consistency and sustainability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering one-on-one physiotherapy services to NDIS and aged care clients in community settings
- Conducting assessments, treatment, and exercise-based rehabilitation, in a home setting, local pool, park or gym
- Working with clients with neurological, musculoskeletal, and disability-related conditions
- Completing essential clinical documentation and reports (with admin support provided)
- Communicating with support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals
- Managing your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy
What We're Looking For
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (community or NDIS experience preferred, but not essential - private practice experience is fine)
- Solid communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Laptop required
How to Apply
If you're looking for a role where you're trusted to practise independently, supported when needed, and able to make a real impact within a growing community-based service, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining why this role appeals to you.
