Unite Resourcing is looking for an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our Perth team.

We are an established Australian recruitment and labour-hire business operating across mining, construction, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure.

We already have the clients, active vacancies and candidate database, what we need is an experienced Mobilisation Officer that thrives under pressure, enjoys taking ownership and can build and maintain robust client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End - to end mobilisation - managing start dates, roster, site and client requirements.
- Booking and tracking pre-employment medicals, D&A; tests and fitness for work assessments.
- Coordinating inductions and onboarding (INX, Pegasus, LiveHire and client portals)
- Ensuring compliance requirements are met; VOC's, licenses, tickets.
- Maintain daily mobilisation / ATS tracker, reporting and forecasting weekly.
- Continuous improvement- systems, processes and policies
- Daily client and candidate stakeholder engagement and management

The ideal candidate should have:





- Previous experience in large volume FIFO mining or engineering sector mobilisation essential.
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Professional approach and standards to everything you do.
