Role Overview: As an Experienced Mortgage Broker, you will leverage your knowledge of the mortgage industry to provide tailored advice, guide clients through the loan process, and ensure they receive competitive rates and the most suitable mortgage products. You will work with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, investors, homeowners looking to refinance, as well as commercial and SMSF.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients and assist them in selecting the right loan product for their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
- Process mortgage applications from initial consultation to settlement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes to lending policies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.




- Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire mortgage process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or similar with a track record of success in meeting sales targets.
- Minimum 2-3 years of mortgage broking/lending experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage products, lenders, and the finance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and referral sources.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering results.
- Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance (preferred).
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
