The Multi-Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and service delivery across the SCUH Retail environment

What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Ensure all sites are open and closed in accordance with trading hours and operational requirements
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Ensure all marketing campaigns and brand standards are executed correctly
- Lead, coach, and support Retail Managers, Supervisors, and team members
- Oversee rostering, payroll, and reporting requirements
- Ensure completion of operational checklists and compliance tasks
- Manage stock ordering and inventory control across outlets

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in multi-site or senior hospitality/retail management
- Experience with rostering and workforce management systems
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
- Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (Desirable)
- Food Handlers Certificate (Essential)

This role requires flexibility to support operational demands across multiple outlets, including early starts, weekends, and public holidays. The position involves working in a rapid-paced environment and may require physical tasks associated with supporting operations.
