We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused MR Truck Driver & Warehouse Team Member to join our team in Gatton and help keep our stores stocked and ready to serve customers.

About the role

This is a diverse, hands-on role that combines warehouse duties with truck deliveries to Andersens stores across Queensland.

You'll start your day in our Gatton warehouse preparing stock and loading deliveries before heading out on the road. No two days are exactly the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

- Review route sheets to plan your daily deliveries, and suggest route improvements where you see them
- Check invoices to confirm all stock requirements before loading
- Load product carefully so it's protected in transit and easy to access on delivery
- Deliver products to our stores and let them know early about any expected delays
- Work with drivers' assistants to unload stock safely
- Issue stores with dated delivery notes
- Conducting routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance




- Following safe work practices and company procedures at all times

What we're looking for: You'll be someone who takes pride in your work, values safety, and enjoys being part of a team.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Current MR (Medium Rigid) licence with a clean driving history
- Current Forklift (LF) licence
- Previous truck driving and freight handling experience
- Understanding of load restraint, vehicle weight limits and safe transport practices
- The ability to handle the physical side of the role, including loading, unloading and manual handling
- Strong reliability, time management and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
