We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Creche Manager and Creche Assistants to the day-to-day operation of our Kid’s World at World Gym Bentleigh East.

Creche Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the creche, including scheduling and supervising creche assistants.
- Keep track of the cleaning schedule and ensure a hygienic environment.
- Implement creative activities for children and manage the supply inventory.
- Monitor the booking system and ensure accurate usage by staff.
- Handle payment processing and maintain ongoing communication with parents.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.




- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or a higher relevant qualification).
- Hold a current Working with Children Check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
- A warm nature and passion for working with children.
- Enthusiastic, approachable attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability on mornings, early evenings, and Saturday mornings.

Creche Assistants (Casual)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a fun, creative, and safe environment for children while parents work out.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kids World booking system.
- Sign children in and out of care and tend to any parent inquiries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the children's area.
- Report directly to the Creche Coordinator.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or a higher relevant qualification).
- Seek casual, flexible working hours on a rotating roster.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
- A warm, approachable attitude and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability on mornings, early evenings, and Saturday mornings.
