Advanced Accessibility Care is looking for reliable, respectful and detail-focused cleaners to provide domestic assistance in the homes of NDIS participants.
This is more than a standard cleaning role. Your work will help participants maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home while supporting their independence, dignity and wellbeing.
We have opportunities available in Skye, Ringwood North and surrounding suburbs. You do not need to service both locations—please indicate your preferred area when applying.
Your Responsibilities
- Complete general household cleaning according to each participant’s preferences
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms and other household areas
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty household bins
- Change bed linen when requested
- Assist with light household organisation
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely
- Respect participants’ choices, routines, privacy and personal belongings
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Report household hazards or service-related concerns to the appropriate AAC team member
- Complete brief and accurate service records when required
This position focuses on domestic cleaning assistance and does not involve personal care.

Requirements
- Previous residential or professional cleaning experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Working with Children Check where applicable
- Current Australian working rights
- Reliable mobile phone
- Ability to safely perform general household cleaning duties
Previous experience working with NDIS participants, people with disability, older people or clients in their homes is highly regarded but not essential. Why Join AAC?
