Working autonomously in this stand‑alone role, your key objective will be to partner effectively with Leaders and Employees at all levels to develop and implement comprehensive WHS systems and programs that deliver practical, positive business outcomes and drive continuous improvement. You will facilitate ownership of WHS responsibilities and strengthen WHS leadership and engagement across the organisation. This will be achieved through your ability to influence, mentor, and provide hands‑on support to sites nationally.

As such, a degree of travel will be required .





This is both a strategic and hands on role for a WHS professional able to demonstrate a proven record of success in leading and influencing teams through change. Your ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, collaborate with stakeholders and build credible relationships at all levels of the business will be critical to your success.
