What you’ll bring
- Proven sales experience and confidence with clients: car, real estate or retail all count. If you can sell, I want to hear from you.
- Strong communication and organisation

- A professional, polished presence
- Weekend availability (this is when the work happens)
The package & hours
- Permanent full time
- Typical hours 9am–5pm
- Two consecutive weekdays off - must be available weekends
- $60,000 + Super + Comms
This builder’s established consultants regularly earn well into the $350k–$400k range. You won’t start there, it takes time to build a pipeline, but that is the realistic ceiling if you are hungry, consistent and treat this as a career. We're looking for a closer, someone who can recognise a genuine buyer and convert. Ambition and follow-through matter more than years in building. Product can be taught; the right attitude can’t. Confident and professional, not pushy.
