With a strong pipeline of projects and long-term service contracts, we're looking for a Niagara / BMS Engineer to join our growing team in Melbourne.

About the role

As a Niagara / BMS Engineer, you'll be responsible for the design, programming, commissioning and support of Building Management Systems across a variety of projects.

You'll play a key role in delivering automation solutions for data centres and critical infrastructure, including cooling systems, power monitoring, energy management and integrated building controls.

Whether you're an experienced BMS Engineer or looking to further develop your Niagara expertise, you'll gain exposure to complex projects, leading technologies and excellent long-term career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Design, configure and commission BMS solutions
- Develop and support Niagara-based systems
- Integrate HVAC, mechanical and electrical plant
- Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues




- Support upgrades and system improvements
- Work with customers throughout project delivery
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Assist with testing and commissioning activities

About you

- Experience with BMS or building automation systems
- Niagara Framework experience highly regarded
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HVAC control systems
- Understanding of building services and automation
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Relevant engineering, electrical or technical qualification
