About the Role
You'll work with children and their families across a varied paediatric caseload, supporting individuals with:
- Neurological conditions
- Developmental delays
- Physical disabilities
- Genetic conditions
You'll help children develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to achieve their goals at home, school and in the community.
You'll have opportunities to work across our brand-new Norwood clinic, schools, homes and community settings.
You'll also collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Play Therapists, with opportunities for joint sessions and transdisciplinary practice.
Our Graduate & Early Career Program
Our Graduate & Early Career Program is designed to give you the support, supervision and confidence to become a great clinician.
You'll receive
- A structured 2-week induction and clinical training program
- Weekly 1:1 supervision and mentoring with experienced therapists
- Opportunities to shadow experienced therapists and learn from their clinical approach
- Gradual caseload progression with reduced billable expectations
- Clinical development workshops and ongoing in-house professional development
- A computer, access to resources and assessments and a $1,000 annual external PD budget
- Daily access to experienced clinicians and management for support
- A dedicated administration team to support you behind the scenes
You don't need to know everything on day one. You just need to be willing to learn.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Graduating and eligible for professional practice in 2027, or an early-career Occupational Therapist
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Compassionate, adaptable and open to feedback
- A strong communicator who builds rapport easily
- Collaborative and enjoys being part of a team
- Organised and able to manage their time effectively
- Genuinely motivated to make a difference
Essential Requirements
- Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
- Eligibility for, or current, AHPRA registration
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle with third-party insurance
- Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
