Are you a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist looking to launch your career in a supportive and rewarding health setting?

Grampians Health is seeking a Grade 1 Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team based in Horsham. This role offers a rotational caseload, including acute, rehabilitation, community, and outpatients (including hand therapy and paediatrics).

Supported by an experienced and welcoming Occupational Therapy workforce, you will receive structured supervision, professional development and mentoring to build confidence in your clinical practice. We are looking for a motivated clinician who is eager to learn, embraces new challenges, and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a dynamic and evolving service.

You'll Be Supported Through

- Weekly face-to-face and point of care clinical supervision
- Cross-campus specialty supervision from experienced Occupational Therapists across Grampians Health
- Dedicated support from our Deputy Manager Junior Workforce, focused facilitating professional growth
- Participation in a structured cross-campus interdisciplinary early careers program, connecting you with other emerging clinicians across professions and sites
- A structured Grade 1 Occupational Therapy learning program,



designed to develop clinical reasoning, reflective practice and professional skills
- Access to experienced Grade 2 and Grade 3 Occupational Therapists across Grampians Health
- A team that values collaboration, growth and wellbeing with ongoing professional development opportunities

About You

You are

- A qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for registration with AHPRA
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care across a range of clinical settings
- Keen to develop broad rural generalist skills across acute, rehabilitation, community, aged care and paediatric services
- Committed to ongoing learning, professional development and reflective practice
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Able to work autonomously within your scope of practice and seek support when required
- A proactive and self-directed learner who takes ownership of their qualified growth
- Organised and efficient in managing competing priorities and service demands




- Committed to delivering responsive, high-quality services that meet the needs of local communities
