Our Midland team is looking for a Recent Graduate or Early Career Occupational Therapist who is curious, compassionate and excited to learn.

Whether you're fresh out of university or have a little experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians, build your skills and make a genuine difference to the lives of your clients.

What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a role where every day looks the same.

You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting paediatric clients and NDIS participants (or a mix of both) to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and participate more confidently in everyday life.

You'll be supported to

- Complete functional, developmental and participation-based assessments
- Develop individualised therapy plans based on each client’s goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
- Support children across areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, regulation and participation
- Support NDIS participants to build independence and achieve their individual goals
- Work closely with parents, carers, teachers and other professionals
- Build your confidence managing a varied caseload
- Collaborate with experienced OTs and a broader multidisciplinary team
- Develop your clinical reasoning and professional skills across paediatric and NDIS practice
- Take part in regular mentoring, supervision and peer learning
- Gradually build your independence while always having support around you

We're looking for a new grad or early career OT who is:

You'll need

- Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
