Yellow Door Therapy Services is a small Perth based team. We provide a mobile Occupational Therapy service to people 16 years and over at home. We are committed to clients achieving their goals. We primarily work with people with acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries and intellectual disabilities. However we are looking to expand into other areas such as Autism.

About the role The successful Occupational Therapist will be required to complete community and home visits to clients using their own car. They will be involved in assessment, education, rehabilitation, therapy plans and equipment prescription. Clients are based in the Southern and Eastern corridors.

Candidates must hold standard comprehensive vehicle insurance coverage for client visits.

You will need to have the capacity to work independently from home. Mentoring and support are provided to build your skills.

-At least 5 years employment as an OT, experience in the NDIS (delivering FCA's)
