Job Description

Mars in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to own the Order-to-Cash flow for the Australian market. You will manage orders, stock allocation, invoicing, and customer inquiries, collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to meet On-Time, In-Full delivery goals.

You will work in a fast-paced FMCG supply setting, using SAP ECC/APO, Excel, and Smartsheet to drive accuracy and service levels. Join a team focused on continuous improvement and customer excellence.
