Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Lawyer with insolvency disputes and commercial litigation experience to join a leading Australian disputes practice.

You will work on significant insolvency, asset recovery and complex commercial litigation matters, acting for major financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, corporates, accounting firms and government clients.

The Role

n

You will be involved in:

n

n
- Insolvency, asset recovery and complex commercial disputes
n
- Litigation strategy, evidence preparation and recovery actions
n
- Interlocutory applications, hearings and court proceedings
n
- Working directly with clients, counsel, experts and insolvency practitioners
n
- Investigations, enforcement proceedings and other contentious matters
n
- Working alongside specialists across restructuring, banking, tax, financial services and corporate law
n

About You

n

n
- 2–4 years' post-admission experience
n




- Experience in insolvency, commercial litigation or disputes
n
- Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
n
- Sound commercial judgement and strategic thinking
n
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
n
- Genuine interest in developing a career in specialist disputes
n
