Job Description

Mind Australia Limited is seeking a Team Leader for the Adult Step-Up Step-Down residential service in Gladstone. In this fixed-term, full time role, you will provide practice leadership and day-to-day oversight to a dedicated team delivering recovery‐oriented support to people living with psychosocial disability.

You will coach and mentor staff, provide supervision, model person-centred, trauma‐informed practice and work with clinical partners to support recovery goals and independent living.
