Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laboratory Technician to join their team in Caboolture, Queensland.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses to support our lubrication industry clients
n
- Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
n
- Documenting all test results and procedures in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
n
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior laboratory staff
n
- Collaborating with the broader team to identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions
n
- Adhering to strict health, safety and environmental protocols to protect our people and the environment
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- 8+ years of experience as a Laboratory Technician in the oil and Lubrication industry
n
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific discipline, such as chemistry or engineering
n
- Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of laboratory testing procedures and techniques with instruments such as ICP, Titration, microscopic and other proceedures
n
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and optimise processes
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
n
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cooperative team
n
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and provide technical guidance
