Job Description

Opal HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to be second-in-command in our kitchen at Mill Park Manor Care Community. You will support the Head Chef, prepare nutritious meals for residents, and uphold strict food safety standards in a day-time kitchen with a flexible roster.

You will lead in the Head Chef's absence, contribute to a joyful dining experience, and play a key role in a values-led aged care environment. This permanent part time role offers attractive pay and benefits.
