Office Assistant — Appliance Repair Specialists | Fyshwick

Mayner & Cochran is Canberra's go-to appliance repair specialist, servicing a range of major brands across the region. We're a small, close-knit team looking for an organised, people-focused Office Assistant to keep our busy service office running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

- Taking and coordinating incoming service requests
- Scheduling service calls and liaising directly with customers
- Assigning and dispatching technicians across Canberra and surrounding areas
- Tracking job progress, keeping customers updated, and resolving issues as they come up
- Liaising with suppliers and warranty providers to keep the customer experience seamless

What we're looking for





- Strong communication and people skills — you'll be the first point of contact for our customers
- Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- No experience necessary — if you've got the right attitude, we'll train you up
