The Role |

The Receptionist / Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for the business and an important support across the wider office.

You’ll be the person who knows what’s happening, keeps the office running smoothly and ensures employees, visitors, suppliers and external partners receive a warm and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Working across reception, office coordination and general administration, your day will be diverse and hands-on.

The Skillset |

We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, organised and switched on, someone who enjoys being around people and takes pride in creating a outstanding office environment.

You may already have experience within reception, office administration, customer service,



retail or hospitality and be looking for an opportunity to move into a head office environment.

Most importantly, you’ll bring solid communication and interpersonal skills, a polished, friendly and professional approach with excellent organisation and attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

This is a full-time, five-day on-site position based in Alexandria.
