We are currently looking for a capable and organised Office Manager to join our team and take an active role in managing the administration and coordination of our office operations.

This position is suited to someone who is confident working independently, enjoys taking responsibility and is able to manage a range of administrative, financial and operational priorities.

Working closely with management and the wider team, the Office Manager will help ensure that office procedures, project administration, scheduling, accounts and communication are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Areas of Responsibility

- Take responsibility for the overall coordination and smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
- Organise and prioritise administrative activities to ensure business requirements are met efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and assist with the coordination of business activities.
- Coordinate information between office staff, management, clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate company, project and operational records, including contracts, reports, correspondence and other important documentation.
- Oversee administrative requirements associated with construction jobs, including scheduling, job tracking, calendars and installation programs.
- Manage day-to-day accounts administration through MYOB, including invoices, payments, purchase orders and financial documentation.




- Assist in monitoring accounts and following up outstanding information or documentation when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchasing, deliveries, invoices, scheduling and other administrative matters.
- Deal with client, supplier and internal enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure issues and outstanding tasks are followed through to completion.
- Prepare business documents, reports, correspondence and other materials requested by management.
- Maintain effective office systems and ensure information can be accessed accurately and efficiently.
- Review existing administrative processes and introduce improvements where appropriate.
- Assist with procurement activities and the coordination of office and operational requirements.
- Monitor workflow, deadlines and outstanding actions across administrative activities.
- Ensure administrative practices are consistent with company policies and workplace requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional, productive and well-organised office environment.
- Support the coordination between office administration and day-to-day construction operations.
- Assist management with additional business and administrative responsibilities as required.

About the Successful Candidate

- The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dependable professional who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable managing several areas of the business at the same time. You will ideally demonstrate:
- A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.




- Previous experience in office management, administration, coordination or business support.
- The ability to organise workloads, establish priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling documentation and financial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence dealing with clients, suppliers, contractors, employees and senior management.
- Previous experience with MYOB or similar accounting software will be advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general business administration systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively without constant supervision.
- A professional and practical approach to dealing with day-to-day business challenges.
- The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute across different areas of the business.
- A genuine interest in improving office processes and supporting the ongoing growth of the company.

- Salary of $80,000–$90,000 per annum + superannuation
