About the role

Evolution Crash Repairs is seeking a dedicated Office Worker to join our team on a part-time basis at our Blair Athol location in South Australia. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our administrative functions, providing crucial support to our busy crash repair centre. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day office tasks that keep our business running efficiently, ensuring excellent service to both internal teams and customers.

What you'll be doing

- Answering and directing telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing reception duties and greeting clients as they arrive at the facility
- Processing customer paperwork, including job quotes, invoices and repair documentation
- Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
- Filing and organising administrative records, both physical and digital
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our management systems
- Performing general clerical duties to support the office team
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and payments
- Coordinating communication between customers, repair technicians and management
- Maintaining a clean and organised office environment

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in an office administration or customer-facing role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with general administrative systems and databases
- Friendly, qualified demeanour with strong customer service orientation




- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork and data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to accommodate business needs
- Previous experience in the automotive or repair industry is desirable but not essential
