In this role, you'll:

- You will deliver contract administration and payment processing for regional project teams, suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with NSW Government policy and SOPA.
- You will process contract and panel agreement payments to agreed standards, prepare payment certificates, and manage purchase order requests and variations.
- You will maintain accurate data across contract and payment systems while managing competing priorities and multiple payment claims in a busy environment.
- You will broker stakeholder relationships and drive compliance across a complex contractual landscape to support Transport's operational delivery.

About you

- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail gained through finance, administration or contract management roles will see you excel in processing claims.
- You’re recognised as organised and reliable, skilled at data management and systems administration, and experienced in managing payment schedules.




- You bring experience in financial compliance, payment processing or contract administration while balancing competing work priorities and delivering accurate outcomes.
- A Certificate IV in Business, Administration, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional experience, is essential.
