Your challenge is to get the systems, reporting, teams and subcontractors working properly, make the operation more efficient, master the subcontractor model, then hit the grow button.

You’ll work alongside the owner who has become the go-to person for everything, and do whatever it takes to increase productivity of the technicians and overall operations to increase overall production.

You need to be comfortable holding people accountable and getting the team’s respect because of your ability to increase individual productivity, efficiency and making it a great place for performers.

The business is longstanding with a great reputation.

There is no shortage of work.

The problem is getting the work through the operation. Jobs are sitting in the pipeline, but they aren't being completed and invoiced quick enough. The team is too dependent on the owner to solve problems, make decisions and keep things moving.
