Want an internship where you can get out into the business, talk to people, work with data and actually improve the way things are done?

At Hilton Foods, we’re looking for an intern to join our Operations team in Bunbury and take on a project focused on making operational administration and reporting simpler, smarter and more connected.

What will you be working on?

You’ll work across Production, Logistics, Dry Goods and Operations, getting a hands-on understanding of how information is collected, managed and reported across the site.

Your project will involve

- Speaking with teams across Operations to understand how they currently work
- Finding and reviewing the different spreadsheets, reports, trackers and systems being used
- Mapping how information moves through the business
- Identifying duplicated data, manual processes and unnecessary administration
- Bringing information together to create a clearer picture of how Operations currently operates
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve reporting
- Helping develop practical recommendations for a more connected approach to operational data

The goal? Less duplication, less manual work and better visibility of what's happening across Operations.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Curious and enjoys asking “why do we do it this way?”
- Confident working with data and Excel
- Organised and analytical
- Comfortable speaking with people across different teams
- Interested in Operations, Business Improvement, Data, Supply Chain or Business Analytics
- A problem solver who enjoys turning messy information into something practical
- Keen to take ownership of a project and make a tangible difference

If you enjoy finding ways to make things easier, more efficient and more connected — this could be the internship for you. This role is to be done onsite and will not be remote.
