Role Description This is a full time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Melbourne, VIC.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities include managing site teams, organising work schedules, monitoring performance, and coordinating resources to meet service-level agreements. The role will involve implementing and refining operational processes, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.





The Operations

Manager will collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and vendors, prepare regular reports, manage budgets, and support a culture of safety, quality, and inclusion across all operational activities.

Qualifications

- Licensed Plumber with 8+ years industry experience
- Backflow & TMV certification
- Current Victorian plumbing registration/licence
- Strong maintenance plumbing experience, ideally across commercial environments
- Gas-fitting experience and knowledge of compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage jobs end-to-end, including quoting and reporting
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience working in commercial buildings, plant rooms, and complex systems (highly regarded)
- Experience mentoring apprentices or junior plumbers (highly regarded)
- Current driver’s licence
