We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated & friendly individual to join our growing team, working in a fast paced & supportive environment. This role requires no previous Optical Assistant experience, but a Certified Optical Dispenser would also be desired!
About the role The successful applicant will be expected to deliver genuine and high quality customer service to our patients.
You will be working with a supportive team focused on development and excellence.
You will be expected to assist patients in the selection and dispensing of optical appliances, such as spectacles and contact lenses. You will learn to operate our computer systems to book appointments, answer inquiries and more.
Skills and experience The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people and the ability to learn current skills quickly.
