An exciting chance exists to join an established Child Youth Mental Health Services Outreach team providing intensive case management and interventions for young people who experience serious mental health issues. Working in a multidisciplinary team with both young people and families in a recovery and trauma informed model of care.

What You'll Be Doing

Work in collaboration with CYMHS OSCA team members in developing and supporting best clinical practices that are associated with assertive outreach services and optimal outcomes for young people and families.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

- Recognised Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy with registration with AHPRA or membership to AASW.

Social





Workers and Occupational Therapists Level 3 require minimum experience at Level 2.

Clinical

Psychologists require master's degree and registration requirements.

Clinical Nurse

Specialist means with post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years'

experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.

- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the assessment, formulation and treatment of child and adolescent mental health problems and family relationship problems.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in working systemically with young children and adolescents with mental health problems, their families and their system of care and support, including individual and family intervention.
