Nestled right in the 'grapetastic' Swan Valley we're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic School House Room Leader to join our team 5 days a week.

We're searching for someone who shares our love for singing, gardening, messy play, baking, and having fun with children every day.
You will be a confident team leader with experience and knowledge in:
- Planning and implementing engaging programs
- My Time Our Place
- National Regulations and Quality Standards
- Exceptional communication skills (a must)

Requirements:
- Diploma in Children's Services or working towards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have a C class driver's license
- Be comfortable driving a 12-seater minibus in automatic
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in an early learning or childcare setting is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and a passion for engaging young minds
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Genuine commitment to the wellbeing and education of young children
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
- Current Working with Children Check is required before starting
- Course 1 & 2 Child Safety Geccko training completed

- Participating in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Have fun with school kids!
