About the Role

We are inviting a motivated and curious Packaging Account Manager to join our team and manage end-to-end custom packaging projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with our internal teams in our Marrickville office.

You’ll learn our packaging business from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience across the full customer and order journey. This includes supporting day-to-day sales administration, order processing and customer enquiries as you build your product and systems knowledge, before progressively taking greater ownership of accounts and sales opportunities.

The Role

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Sales & Client Service: Respond to customer enquiries, understand packaging requirements, prepare quotes and follow up to successfully convert orders
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end custom packaging projects, coordinating with suppliers, designers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Account Management: Progressively take ownership of client relationships and accounts, managing projects from initial enquiry through to delivery and building strong, long-term relationships
- Artwork & Briefing: Prepare clear,



detailed briefs for the Graphic Design team using client input and industry best practices
- Order Processing: Raise quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately using SAP
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (graphic design, accounts, warehouse) and external suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- General Customer Support: Share responsibility for incoming Packaging enquiries, phone calls and showroom customers as part of the wider Packaging team

About You We're looking for someone with:

- Previous experience in account management, sales, customer service or project coordination, with the ability and motivation to develop into managing projects and accounts end-to-end
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A genuine interest in design, branding and packaging
- Previous experience in packaging or print (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with SAP (advantageous)

Tertiary qualifications in Business / Commerce, Marketing, or a related field are welcomed but not required. What is in it for you?
