OT GYMS - Growing Young Minds u0026 Skills
Chatswood
The Role:
We are seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years’ experience. The role will initially provide maternity leave cover with a genuine intention for the successful clinician to continue with OT G.Y.M.S on an ongoing basis beyond this period.
This is not simply a short-term replacement role. We are looking for someone who is interested in becoming a valued, longer-term member of the practice and developing their own qualified identity and caseload within OT G.Y.M.S.
The successful clinician will step into an established caseload of children and families, with substantial handover and support provided to ensure a smooth transition. The role includes a combination of clinic, school, preschool, telehealth and community-based sessions - and can be adjusted depending on your interests, experience and availability.
Contracting with OT G.Y.M.S means flexibility that is actually flexible and where you are properly remunerated for all billable work. Say Goodbye to: hidden overtime, late night reports, or unrealistic KPI's that you don't get to reap financial benefit from!
Say Hello to: options like Flexi-Fridays, extended breaks during school holidays, and choice of hours that suit your own rhythm - whether you thrive in the mornings or do your best work later in the day. You’ll have the autonomy to create a schedule that works for you.
Because great therapists deserve balance, not burnout.
Supported by a small but experienced OT specific team, and work within a larger multi-disciplinary context, with our Chatswood clinic being a shared location with the wonderful North Shore Speech Therapy (NSST) team.
