We are currently seeking an experienced Pallet Controller to support the daily operational needs of a large transport company in Adelaide. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of data entry techniques and demonstrate a high level of organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for any administration professional to develop skills in a supportive and proactive workplace.

Primary Roles and Responsibility

- Collecting information from customers and clients
- Entering data into the central database
- Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Pallet management and co-ordination




- Monitory inventory and reducing costs effiectively
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
- Generating periodic reports
- Evaluating and approving Purchase Orders (PO)s
- Provide general administrative support to the transport team

To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

- Prior data entry experience
- 2IC Chep Pallet/Loscom experience essential
- Ability to effectively apply data entry practices and procedures
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- High level organisation and time management skills
- Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
