We seeking a gospel-hearted person to join the ministry team of our church. This strategic role will involve leading our growing youth ministry as well as supporting and managing our part-time children’s minister. We have embraced a 10-year vision to be ‘An overflowing church’, reflecting the gracious and overflowing character of God, and characterised by increasing gospel joy, impact and growth.





The heart of this role is responsibility for leading us in multiplying and maturing young disciples in the Inner West of Sydney.

To be successful in this role you are likely to have:

- A love of collaboration and team ministry;
- Experience in youth ministry;
- A theological qualification;
- The capacity for analysis and ministry system design;
- The ability to inspire, recruit, train, delegate and oversee the ministry of others, including part time staff

This role would suit a man or a woman.
