We’re looking to speak with experienced Partners or Directors who may be open to exploring a genuine Partnership and equity opportunity.

Opportunities of this nature don’t come around often, and we’re currently working with a number of firms looking to bring experienced accounting professionals into their leadership teams as part of their longer-term succession and growth strategies.

These opportunities offer genuine equity, established client portfolios and the ability to play a meaningful role in the future direction and continued growth of a firm.

About you:

· CA/CPA qualified with strong Australian public practice experience.

· Currently operating at Partner, Director, Associate Director or senior Manager level, with the experience to step into a leadership and ownership role.

· Strong technical background across Business Services, Tax and/or Business Advisory.

· Established track record managing client relationships and a portfolio of clients.

· Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business growth, strategy and development.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and teams.

· Comfortable contributing to business development, identifying opportunities and growing existing client relationships.

· Motivated by genuine ownership, influence and the opportunity to build a long-term future within a Partnership structure.
