We currently have an exciting opportunity to work within our Fundraising Team, where you can work with and build our existing donors and partners.

About the role
Reporting to the Partnership Manager, the Partnership Coordinator is responsible for stewardship and development of corporate, community and allied health relationships, as well as providing administrative support of partnerships, project plans, event calendar maintenance and fundraising data by:
- Working to maintain and support existing, and future, corporate and community partners building genuine partnerships and collaborations
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Providing general and project administration support
- Ensuring documents and data is maintained and accurate
- Maintaining business knowledge to translate activities into opportunities for partners.
- Being a collaborative and supportive to the wider team activities including event support and taking calls on the donor call line
About you
You enjoy working within a fast-paced team where no two days are the same and are looking for a role where you can demonstrate your administrative prowess along with your passion for building meaningful business relationships.

- Solid interpersonal skills with a genuine and demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships with both existing and new clients, through programmed follow ups and networking opportunities.
- Exceptional and confident written and verbal skills with an ability to negotiate, influence and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Sound administration skills with an exceptional eye for detail
- Sound experience utilising CRM systems and ASANA
- Ability to monitor and analyse data to identify opportunities.
