A1 Accessory Imports is one of Australia's leading motorcycle hard parts and accessory distributors, proudly supplying dealerships nationwide for almost 40 years.

Following our recent move into a brand-new 5,000sqm purpose-built facility in Yatala, we're continuing to grow and are looking for another team member to join our Internal Sales team.

We represent some of the industry's most recognised brands including Motorex, Maxxis, Yoshimura, SW-Motech, Wiseco, K&N;, All Balls, Twin Air, Motion Pro, EK Chains, Supersprox, Optimate and many more.

About the Role

This is a customer-focused internal sales role supporting motorcycle dealerships throughout Australia.

You'll spend your day assisting dealers with product enquiries, identifying parts and fitments, processing orders and helping customers find the right solution for their needs.

Working closely with our sales, warehouse and product teams, you'll become a trusted resource for dealers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound phone, email and B2B portal enquiries from motorcycle dealerships

- Interpret parts and provide product and fitment advice

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Assist dealers with technical product questions





- Maintain product application and fitment information within our industry-leading B2B portal

- Work collaboratively with the wider sales and operations team

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in motorcycles and the motorcycle industry

- Previous motorcycle dealership, parts interpreting, internal sales or customer service experience preferred

- Positive technical or mechanical understanding of motorcycles or automotive

- Excellent communication and phone skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
