WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Enaex Australia is seeking a highly organised and proactive Parts & Inventory Coordinator – Underground to join our team in Perth, supporting our central warehouse and underground operational sites.

This is a critical operational support role responsible for ensuring our underground teams have timely access to the parts, consumables, inventory and equipment they need to keep operations and maintenance activities running efficiently.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day stores and inventory coordination, working closely with Underground Operations, Maintenance, Procurement and Finance to maintain stock accuracy, coordinate parts to site, manage inventory movements and minimise operational delays.

takes pride in getting the details right and understands how great inventory management can make a real difference to operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate underground stores, parts and inventory to support operational and maintenance requirements across sites.
- Manage the receipt, storage, issue, transfer and dispatch of parts and consumables while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder requirements and critical parts availability to minimise downtime and excess inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing and work order information within Pronto and associated systems.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics activities, including supplier follow-up and dispatching inventory to operational sites.
- Conduct stocktakes, investigate inventory variances and support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideally you will have;
- Previous experience in warehouse, stores, parts or inventory coordination, ideally within an operational workplace.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing operational priorities.
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on inventory accuracy, record keeping and data integrity.
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems, with Pronto experience highly regarded.




- A current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence (LF).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in mining, construction or industrial stores highly regarded.
