Parts Interpreter – Warehouse & Distribution | Yatala, QLD Dingli AWP | Full Time

About the role

An established global manufacturer is enhancing their warehouse facility in Yatala, QLD and is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join their team. This is a hands-on, diverse role where no two days are the same — you'll be at the heart of the warehouse operation, keeping things running smoothly from parts management through to customer support and dispatch. If you're mechanically minded, love working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting things right, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you'll be doing

- Managing, selling and delivering spare parts to customers and dealers
- Picking orders, goods receival and dispatch, and conducting stock takes
- Loading and unloading containerised products from heavy vehicles and containers
- Assisting customers over the phone and in person with parts, logistics and service enquiries
- Processing invoicing, work orders and warranty documentation via CRM systems
- Operating a forklift and company vehicles safely and in accordance with WHS requirements
- Maintaining warehouse equipment, shelving and racking to high standards
- Supporting product training, trade show events and business improvement initiatives
- Reporting stock discrepancies,

What you'll bring

- Demonstrated experience in parts selling, delivery and management
- Prior experience in an import/export or distribution warehouse environment
- Valid forklift licence and current Australian driver's licence
- Strong attention to detail and solid computer and communication skills
- A safety-first mindset and genuine team player attitude
- Reliable transport and a positive, can-do approach to your work
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to grow with the business
