Your new company

At Hays, we are currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Maroochydore to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer for a 6-month temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced environment and support a high-performing team during a key period.

Your new role

- Process end-to-end payroll for a high-volume workforce, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across each pay cycle
- Manage all aspects of payroll from data entry through to final pay processing
- Perform payroll reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records within internal systems
- Respond to and resolve payroll enquiries in a professional and timely manner





What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in high-volume payroll processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Micropay and/or Humanforce (highly regarded)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace
